Shaubik is part of our Direct and Indirect Tax Advisory practise. He completed his LLB from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He has pursued an advance course on Software Licensing and Intellectual Property Management from World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Shaubik is instrumental in handling the Direct and Indirect Tax Practise of the Firm. He expertises in litigation, dispute resolution and, regulatory advisory and compliance in diverse sectors including infrastructure, e-commerce, banking, financial markets, insurance, NBFC, fin-tech, telecom, electricity, mining, telecom, media, electronics, drugs & cosmetics, medical devices, food & Beverages, foreign trade, information and communication technology. He handles matters pursuant to Goods and Service Tax 2017, Service Tax, Value Added Tax, Entry Tax, Central Exicse, Foreign Trade Policy, Entry Tax, Central Excise, and Special Economic Zone.
